The values that have successfully guided us through 30 years of serving thousands of guests at our family business, Wildwood Resort (www.wildwood-resort.com), are being repeated as we expand into Z’s Catering Service & Freedom Emergency Services.
Our services include a mobile 38’ Bar Be Que/Boil Trailer, having the capacity of boiling 500# of crawfish every 20 minutes, frying 30# of fish every 5 minutes, Bar Be Que 300 chickens at a time AND smoking 48 Boston Butts at a time. Our two large Jambalaya Pots provide 500 servings every 30 minutes of great Gumbos, Jambalayas or Etouffees with THE AUTHENTIC FLAVOR UNIQUE TO SOUTH LA.
OUR mobile 42’ full kitchen trailer ALLOWS US TO OFFER EXTENDED MENUS ONSITE. Fully equipped with its own generator, we can prepare the food of your choice serving groups of all sizes.
All of this equipment is worthless without great cooks. This is where we truly excel. The Ziegler FAMILY has been in the restaurant/catering/emergency business for 15 years. During that time we have accumulated a wealth of cooking experience and a huge number of satisfied repeat customers. WE specialize in classic Cajun/Southern dishes but can offer unique variations when clients want something different yet familiar. Naturally our services are primarily catering; however, tents, chairs/tables, decorations, entertainment can be easily provided – a “turn key event”.
